OFFICIAL K GLAM BEAUTY POLICIES 🤍 A $22 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance to the card on file in addition to forfeiting their deposit. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled and will forfeit their deposit. If you are running late or experiencing an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. To ensure a comfortable and professional experience, no additional guests are permitted during appointments unless previously approved.
